This unit supports agriculturist members as follows:

1. Invite agriculturalists and interested people to join the program

2. Take the agriculturalists members to attend learning conuses at Agricultural Development School by Following the Father’s Footsteps in order to learn necessary topics such as sufficiency economy, New Theory agriculture, neat agriculture, agricultural science, business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, attitude adjustment and other constructive lessons that benefit agriculturalist menbers.

3. Prepare and provide agricultural land for agriculturalists who have passed the agricultural development school courses

•  Agriculturalists without land

          They will be provided with a 10 Rai piece of land with a house to live and work on the land.

• Agriculturalists who own land 

        There will be land development process and proper housing improvement for them.

  4. Provide each agriculturalist with investment fund not exceeding 10 million Baht for debt reconciliation and occupation management.

  5. The guidelines for the career management of agriculturalists are as follows:

5.1.     Search for markets to buy the products

5.2. Design and produce products according to the market demand

5.3. Set up agricultural systems and manufacturing process according to the demand of the market

5.4. Set up the system to promote and support the successful agricultural practices

5.5. Set up the agricultural product manufacturing system
